Hi.

I want to reduce the weight on the transalp, and first i want to do is to get a new exhaust.
Any good tip on what exhaust ? Brand? Dont want to increase DB much and just fit it on and ride.

:dizzy:

Sorry, tried a couple of other systems on mine, not crazy about them, either too noisy, or to complicated. As far as reducing weight...I'm so damned big that I figure a good elimination before riding is about as good as I can do!

I bought arrow headers and MIVV muffler for my 650 and it's much lighter than original, but not much noisier. I'm not sure whether they make them for the 600. If you want to reduce weight noticeably you'll probably have to replace the whole system.
My genuine system wasn't that much noisier straight out of the collector comlared to out of the muffler, there must be a lot of restriction in the collector.
