So one day I opened up a local motorcycle sales site and to my surprise there were 3 Dominators on sale. Those bikes are a rare find and finding one with all original bits and bobs is even rarer.

So I chose one that was closest to my home (about 80km) and went for a test ride. When I pulled up with my Transalp the Dominator owner asked me if I collect those bikes :D
The first 100m of test ride and I was in love - this bike is nimble, agile and pulls hard. Next day I went back an brought it home with me.

Here is my newest family member. It has 40K on the clock and by the looks it might actually be original - the original paint on the frame is in perfect condition, it has the original toolbox with all the tools and all the plastic that is usually missing is still there. It has had a small crash and first fender has been repainted by a colorblind person who did not even remove the sticker.

And here is one with both of my Hondas. Unfortunately Transalp must go :( I have invested a lot of money and love in my Transalp and really thought that it would stay with me forever.... so it will be really hard to let her go. I would never have imagined that an object of transportation could ever make me feel that way :)

Ah. The joy of owning motorcycles. They take a hold over us.
